Potential Co-Founder
Potential Co-Founders are considered after mutual evaluation.
Candidates should be prepared to assume substantial and continuing responsibility for building and operating a portfolio company, potentially across strategy, product, operations, technology, partnerships, commercialization, or fundraising.
Authority, time commitment, vesting, and equity are negotiated separately and documented in definitive written agreements.

Relevant experience may include:
