Help Build Industrial AI Companies for Industrial Logistics & Supply Chain

Join a Portfolio Company as a Founding Member or Potential Co-Founder

Industrial supply chains require precise coordination because a delayed movement can interrupt production, create shortages, raise storage costs, or affect delivery commitments.

The group’s proposed companies apply AIoT to material flow, warehousing, yards, cold chain, MRO, bulk handling, and industrial packaging.

Two Paths to Participate

Candidates may be considered through two distinct paths depending on their experience, availability, expected contribution, working relationship, and long-term interest in helping build a portfolio company.

Founding Member

Founding Members generally begin with a flexible, limited contribution while both sides evaluate working fit and identify the company most closely aligned with the candidate’s experience.

Contributions may include strategy, product and market input, customer or partner introductions, commercialization, and selected company-building initiatives.

Potential Co-Founder

Potential Co-Founders are considered after mutual evaluation and must be prepared to assume substantial, continuing operating responsibility.

Authority, time commitment, vesting, and equity are negotiated separately and documented in definitive agreements.
